#3 young people get proplem on work

Young people are not easy to get a nice job. Usually youth who9 have to go to school, so they don’t have much time to work, and many stores or companies need people full on their store or company. So it make many youth can’t find work. As me, I have to go to school weekday and much homework to do, so I just have time on the weekend. But many jobs need us to choose full time job. And when youth after work, they always fell tired, so they sleep on the class sometime.

And second thing, I think youth not easy to get a job that because they don’t have experience and personal skills. Sometime when youth find a new job and go to interview, the manager always ask they, do you know how to do something? Do you have some skills? Some have skills or abilities might easy to get job. But some don’t have they might not easy to get a good job. In fact, no one likes to ask a green hand to work on their store. Of cause, if I am a boss, I don’t like too.

Also I think youth will get many problems with their jobs. I met many youth; they don’t accept other people’s advice. So they will have many arguments between them. And many youth do their jobs without experience. So they might make more mistakes then adult. So this is another excuse to make managers like to ask an adult work or not youth.

But also we can see many young people are work hard. They are young and vigor. They are easy to learn new things. Just give them few time they will do very well.
